The Program
The Epic Revenue Cycle Operations eLearning program delivers high quality effective training to users of Epic applications. The focus is on realistic and interactive training for situations that will be encountered in the day-to-day performance of job duties. The training modules are from 10-40 minutes long and include narration, demonstrations, simulations of usage and interactive practice scenarios for the learners.
What's New?
Patient Access and Revenue Cycle related eLearning modules are hosted on the UW Medicine Learning Management System (LMS). These can be found by doing a Search of the LMS Course catalog.
Epic training and eLearning is under the guidance of Steve Andress, the Training Manager.
