This is a screen shot of java argus. In the background you see the upper 'Detail Pane', which is similar to the venerable X version. The lower 'Alert Pane' just lists active alerts.
The box titled 'sysmon' expands the smaller box in the detail pane so you can see individual machines. In front of that there is a popup error box.
The two boxes at the bottom show selecting which hosts and services will be monitored.
