Question A.

Forms for appealing library fines can be obtained at:

  1. the Cashier's Office.
  2. the library unit that did the billing.
  3. the Allen North Lobby.


Question B.

By filling out an appeal form and submitting it within six months of the billing date, a library user is guaranteed:

  1. that the appeal request will be considered fairly by a committee making decisions independently of the Libraries.
  2. that current stops on registration, transcripts, etc., will be released while a committee decision is pending.
  3. both of the above.


Question C.

What reasons for appealing usually do not result in reduced or canceled library fines?

  1. Claiming that your need for a book/journal is greater than another's.
  2. Being out of town.
  3. Not receiving an overdue notice.
  4. All of the above.
