Sociology of Work and Organizations Practicum Need an Internship?
The Sociology Department as part of this course is offering internships through two federal agencies: U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity (FHEO) and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Click here for more information regarding interning at one of these federal agencies. Sociology's departmental blog posts internship opportunities. In particular, in the right-hand column under catgories click "Internship Opportunities" and check out several websites listing internship opportunities under blogroll: Sociology blog: http://asksoc.wordpress.com/ The Carlson Leadership and Public Service Office also publicizes internships in the public sector (community-based organizations, government agencies, and educational institutions). The Center for Career Services also provides internship listings. |
