Let us explore how the development of agriculture has affected our food supply. This is an example of changing the content of corn. By constantly choosing the richest grains for seeds we get a richer product -- through the content of oil in corn.

In the laboratory, this can happen in 40 years.

In agricultural practices we have had 10,000 years.
