I met John Bailey my freshman year at OBU, through Jim Yates. John and I are the founders of the "Legalize Cannibalism" movement, which now had the support of 17 US Senators. I met Lori my next year. I was in Japan when it happened, but apparently they dated for a while, and then the December I got back they got married. Now John just sits around mostly, but Lori's still working hard in school. |

John was my roommate in Conger Hall until he went off and got married to Iris. We used to wake up to Tool or Led Zepplin. I was friends with Iris' older brother Luke, too. I may have met him third. Iris is nice, too. She and Molly like to go swimming. |

I met Garrett my sophomore year in Computer Programming 1, and was impressed with how well she did in the class for being constantly asleep. Despite constant threats to transfer to A&M back in her native Texas, she's toughed it out at OBU working several jobs and is set to graduate with me in May 2001. Garrett's one of my best friends here since we share schedules split between the Humanities (she's an English major) and Computer Science as well as a love of sarcasm and satire. |
How could I make a page of friends without Molly? Actually, she's got her own page now. (Lots of pictures.) She's from Texarkana and came to Ouachita because of John Bailey. We're engaged to be married on 6 May, 2001. |

Sammy is a fellow Computer Science major. He comes from Kenya. He's also been all over the USA, did body art in Chicago neighborhood festivals, and just has generally had a more interesting life than most of us. He makes some good African food, too. |
Bonnie, from Searcy, AR, was Molly's roommate last year. She is dating Jim Yates, who was the first of my friends I met at Ouachita. I don't have a picture of him, but he's a good photographer. Bonnie is a music major so she can sing and dance and has been in some operas or something. |
Dacus is an old friend of Bonnie's, also from Searcy, AR. He transferred to Ouachita after attending Harding University for his first two years. Modest Mouse owes him a royalty check, since they've sold a lot of albums from his evangelism. |
Dave, also from Texarkana, is my current roommate. He went up to Oregon with me a few summers ago, plus he's worked on a boat in Alaska and has been to Europe a couple of times. As you can see, it's messed him up pretty bad. |

The World and I go way back. Seriously, though, this is 800x200 and stretched out it makes a great desktop background. I got it off an Ars Technica review of MacOS X. |
