This website was designed for a project in the course of Bioinformatics (FISH507). I investigated orthologs and paralogs produced with nucleotide or protein sequences. For orthologs, I explored sequences from taxanomic groups across kingdoms and also within teleosts. For paralogs, I focused on heat shock 70kDa in rainbow trout.
