Research Scientist UW Climate Impacts Group
Research Interests I study the impacts of climate, climate change, and climate variability on forest and mountain ecosystem processes. Much of my work to date has dealt specifically with the relationship between modern and pre-settlement climate and wildfire, but I also work on associations between climate and conifer growth, establishment, and biogeography.
