Theadore Sam

Theadore is a young man of Native American heritage who has been diagnosed with a Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder. He completed high school and is currently exploring employment options with the assistance of Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and Division of Developmental Disabilities. He lives with his legal guardians, two biological brothers, and four other foster siblings. He is very active with Special Olympics and is the co-captain for this Master Level II basketball team. He is a wonderful role model for his siblings and has volunteered at the FASD Family Summer Camp as a Junior Counselor.
