Otolaryngology Major Scientific Meetings

AAO-HNSF Annual Meeting
Nicknamed "The Academy" (short for "American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery Foundation Annual Meeting"), this is the largest professional meeting of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery in the world. It is held in September every year.

COSM: Combined Otolaryngology Spring Meetings
This is a smaller, arguably more focused/academic meeting than The Academy. It is actually composed of meetings of various smaller societies (ABEA, AHNS, ANS, AOS, ARS, ASPO, Triological). COSM is always held in the Spring, usually late April or early May (hence the name).
