The food there is incredible. It's excelent, and it's inexpensive. Voula's blows a place like IHOP right out of the water.
Well, it's between Ship Canal Bridge (I-5 bridge) and University Bridge on Pacific (actually, Northlake). If you were to leap out of your car, over the right side of Ship Canal Bridge from about the high-point, you'd probably land in Voula's parking lot (if you had a high enough lift-to-drag ratio).
Voula's is about 300 feet from the water, and is almost directly under the I-5 bridge, but a little eastward. It's got a blue awning, and is right across the street from a boat store (you might see the stacks of boats), and is katy-corner to Ivars. It's also directly next to Northlake Pizza tavern.
