This will give your weight per inch of height. When this is determined select the figure in the far left column that is closest to yours. then, follow the figures straight across to learn your ideal pro- portions. Women bodybuilders may have to adjust measurements in the area of hips,waist, and chest depending on build. When following the advice, remember: * Measure yourself every three months. * Check in the mirror to make sure that your muscles are defined. * Also check to make sure your muscles have fullness, depth and pleasing contour. * Build proportionate strength and size. * Train regularly and follow a sensible diet. . . weight neck biceps fore chest waist hips thigh calf per arm inch ------ ------- ------ ----- ------ ------- ----- ------ ------ 1.899 14.0 13.1 10.9 36.4 27.3 32.8 19.7 13.1 2.038 14.5 13.6 11.3 37.9 28.4 34.1 20.4 13.6 2.183 15.0 14.1 11.8 39.3 29.4 35.3 21.2 14.1 2.334 15.6 14.6 12.2 40.7 30.0 36.6 22.0 14.6 2.489 16.1 15.1 12.6 42.1 31.6 37.9 22.7 15.1 2.660 16.7 15.7 13.1 43.5 32.6 39.2 23.5 15.7 2.817 17.2 16.2 13.5 45.0 33.7 40.5 24.3 16.2 2.989 17.8 16.7 13.9 46.4 34.8 41.7 25.0 16.7 3.195 18.3 17.3 14.4 48.0 36.0 43.2 25.9 17.3 3.379 18.8 17.8 14.8 49.4 37.1 44.5 26.7 17.8 ---------------------------------------------------------------- Remember: "If we weren't all crazy, we'd all go insane!" and "The red dog barks at the green dark moon at midnight." The figures are 1. 6-1/2 times your wrist gives chest girth 2. 85% of chest gives hips 3. 70% of chest gives waist 4. 53% of chest gives thigh girth 5. 37% of chest gives neck 6. 36% of chest gives upper arm 7. 34% of chest gives calves 8. 29% of chest gives forearms but I wonder where the measurements should be taken. regards, Richard
