| Java Argus |
This is the public Java Argus version 1.3. Grab the zip file; unzip it into a clean directory, e.g. c:\argus; and run argus.bat, or argus.sh on unix.
This public version has only template argus.xml and services.xml files, which you'll need to edit for your site. Unfortunately there is little documentation on how to do that yet. If you're interested in this please send me a note. I may not respond right away, but I'll try to get some documentation together.
Of course you'll need java, which you can get from Sun. If you only want to run java programs, such as Argus, grab only the version 1.4 runtime. If you also want to try your hand at writing java programs grab the JSDK as well.
Click on the "Argus" icon to edit your preferences and to add or remove services.
