Current Improvements, Bugs, and Desirable Features

This is a list of current tasks or potential problems, and desirable features to be implemented or considered sometime in the future. The order does not reflect the order of priority.

• 5/5/98 It looks like statsmaps.c is giving output (lat-lon maps) that is shifted by pixel-wide column (the Eastern-most [right-most] column appears as the first column on the West/Left ?). I think this was seen also in spectralmaps.c, so the common scheme or functions I developed for handling "data blocks" may be at fault?
• 5/5/98 spectralmaps.c: verify that it's working properly
• In statsmaps.c, add a feature that will read the "units" atribute of the current source variable if it's from an NC file, and copy it to the output variable if it's in NC format.
• Complete multivarnetcdf_scale.c, to take a dataset and scale it, add min/max/mean/sd attributes to each variable. This will be done specifically for the Ch1-2-3 dataset
