UW Internet Service Provider Project
This page was to document a historical effort to establish a grassroots
buying group to get better pricing and service from selected ISPs. It died
because we couldn't get around the need to report on "quality of service"
attributes for each ISP. Coming up with enough information to be helpful
and then creating a process to maintain that information over time, became
a larger project than the initial team members realized.
