includes anyone who is completing their second year curriculum in June
2009 and/or entering clerkships in July 2009, MD/PhD and
expanded students who have not yet taken Capstone or would like to attend
Capstone as a refresher prior to entering clerkships, need to register
through MyUW

Attendance
to all Capstone I offerings is required to enter clerkships.
Prerequisites for Entering Clerkships/PhD

manner.

I: Transition to Clerkships completed.

Photo
ID Badge needs to be current and worn at all times in the clinical
setting. If your badge has been lost
or stolen, contact Michelle Fleming @ flemingm@u.washington.edu, for
replacement information.

Renewal
of Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS-HCP) AHA-Approved Course must be complete by May 31st
2009.
