This is a quick rundown of common problems and resources that can be used to solve the problem or find a way of solving it.

It should be noted that this is only useful if you have correctly identified the problem. Identification of the problem is a completely different issue.

Document supported services, applications, languages, etc.
Ensure that systems, applications, and documentation stay up-to-date
Advocate system and application change for users & sysadmins
